What class is causing concern and what led up to this moment? The more detail, the better.
Is the student struggling in just this one class, but doing good in all the others?
Is there anything outside of normal school hours, like extracurricular activities, that would get in the way of spending more time on this subject? Think clubs, sports, jobs, volunteer, family responsibility, faith, or other commitments.
Realistically, how much are you thinking to invest per month for solving this concern? If there’s another person who needs to be present to talk about money, now is the time to include them.
