How often have you heard your student say this?
“I’m usually a much better student in all of my classes, I’m just not doing well in this ONE class and it’s dragging down my GPA.”
“I’m just a bad test-taker/suck at taking tests/I always run out of time on exams.”
“I paid attention in class, did all the homework, and studied… but I still failed the test.”
My students have been there, done that - and after working with me, their class average increased by a full letter grade or they gained 60 points on the SAT after just 8 short weeks of tutoring.
It might seem like magic, but it’s actually just a simple, 3-Part Framework proven to help students increase their scores and test-taking skills.
With my guidance (and my framework), your student will:
Catch up with the rest of the class even if they fell behind at the start of the year
Reduce test-taking anxiety and become more confident taking exams (including pop quizzes!)
Be able to learn new content and have it click during class instead of 2 weeks later
Follow a proven plan to effectively understand concepts in half the time
Increase their math or science class average by a full letter grade (or their Math SAT score by at least 60 points)
Here’s what I mean when I say “Better test scores, guaranteed”…
Numbers don’t lie. I don’t use any “hypothetical” improvement, I use measurable improvement.
I compare my student’s class averages or SAT/ACT scores from when we first began working together to after we’ve been working together for 8 weeks.
Using these numbers, I can measure exactly how much progress they have made - either a full letter grade improvement or a 60 point increase in their SAT/ACT scores.
After 8 weeks of working together, I evaluate their progress, test scores, and confidence - and when I check in I always ask, “Did the student improve"?”

But why should you trust what I say?
Quite frankly, you shouldn’t trust strangers on the internet and the outrageous claims they make.
Here are some of the results my students have achieved through working with me…
Justine Was Struggling With Exams, Then Tutoring Raised Her AP Chem Average by 15 Points
Justine did private tutoring for 4 months. She did fine on homework and labs, but was struggling with quizzes and tests. After tutoring, she started passing her quizzes, getting 7's and 8's out of 10 instead of 3's and 4's. She raised her average by 15 points!
Justine says, “Thank you! I can now pass a Chem Quiz :)”
Chase Went From Failing Pop Quizzes to Ending Honors Bio With An A
Chase did private tutoring for 6 months. We started tutoring right before the midterm until the end of the year. Prior to tutoring, Chase was failing weekly quizzes and struggling with exams. After our first session, he saw great value in tutoring and passed the midterm. He ended the year with an A in the class!
Here’s what Chase’s mom had to say:
Max Improved His SAT Math Score By 70 Points & Got Into His Top College
Max did private tutoring for 7 months. He improved his math score by 70 points on the SAT and is now going to his top college pick.
Check out the text Max sent when he got his scores back!
Liat Had Failed 3 Tests, But Ultimately Raised Her Grade By 20 Points & Passed AP Chem!
Liat did 4 months of private tutoring. Before tutoring, she had failed the last 3 AP Chem tests. After her first tutoring lesson, she passed every subsequent test and raised her average in the class by 20 points!
Alexis Increased Her AP Chem Average By 15 Points
Alexis did 3 months of private tutoring. She bit off more than she could chew with AP Chem and was failing, but didn't want to quit. After we began tutoring, she started understanding the concepts and passing quizzes and tests. She raised her average by 15 points!
Nate Became The Top Student in His Honors Bio & Finished With An A
Nate did 6 months of private tutoring. He started tutoring before the midterm and continued until the end of the year. Prior to tutoring, Nate started the year strong, but quickly fell behind when he didn't understand some material. As with all science and math courses, future content builds on previous content, so it was not surprising that he fell behind. He also describes himself as "not a math kid" and instead preferred history. After coming up with a plan during tutoring and showing him how he could apply his history skills to science, Nate became one of the top students in the class, and ended the year with an A!
Ella Eliminated Her Test-Taking Anxiety & Bumped Her Average 15 Points
Ella did 6 months of private tutoring. She has trouble focusing for long periods of time and gets extra time on tests. Her parents wanted to get her a tutor so she wouldn't have test anxiety or fall behind. While tutoring, Ella made over 200 flashcards to learn vocabulary words. Between lacrosse practice, school work, tutoring, and still having time to hang out with friends, Ella no longer has test anxiety and increased her average by 15 points!
